Junior Development Squads (JDS) provide young and enthusiastic beginners with the skills and knowledge to become hardball-ready cricketers. These skills and the confidence for players to use them are developed during a holistic coaching programme, using skill set drills, small-sided games, video feedback and matchplay.

The programme’s values and the promotion of key life skills (including respect, discipline, commitment, patience, perseverance, confidence, listening and a solid work ethic), combined with the principles of the Long Term Athlete Development Model (LTAD), ensures that your child will grow not only as a cricketer but also as a young person.
