The Junior Academy gives young cricketers aged 8–11 the skills, confidence and cricket knowledge to take their game to the next level. Through a structured and engaging coaching programme — featuring technical drills, small-sided games, video feedback and competitive matchplay — players develop the hardball-ready foundations needed for serious cricket.
Underpinned by the Long Term Athlete Development Model (LTAD), the Academy places equal importance on character as it does on cricket. Key life values — including respect, discipline, commitment, perseverance and a strong work ethic — are woven into every session, ensuring your child grows both as a cricketer and as a person.
The programme is structured across three levels to match your child’s age and development stage. Each level focuses on creating the right environment to learn and develop cricket skills, and can also be used to complement one-to-one sessions.
Each session is 55 minutes and runs over the course of three terms.
Term 1: 9th September to 16th December 2025 (excluding 28th October 2025)
Term 2: 6th January to 24th March 2026 (excluding 17th February 2026)
Term 3: 14th April to 21st July 2026 (excluding 26th May 2026)
