The Emerging Academy (EA) follows on from the Junior Academy and caters for players in Year 7 and 8 who show real commitment and passion for cricket. EA encourages motivated young talent to be the very best that they can be. We create an environment that supports their love and thirst for the game, driving individual improvement through focused training and expert guidance.

To maintain the right working atmosphere, EA is by invitation only, based on the coaches’ prior knowledge of each player. If a player is unknown to our coaching staff, they would need to be assessed in a one-off trial before joining the programme.
